General Terms and Conditions – Qbrick Systems Products
Article 1 – Definitions
Webshop: The online store where Qbrick Systems products are offered.
Customer: Any natural or legal person who enters into an agreement via the webshop.
Products: All goods sold under the Qbrick Systems brand, such as tool cases, modules and accessories.
Article 2 – Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements via the webshop relating to Qbrick Systems products.
Article 3 – The offer
The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered.
Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind the entrepreneur.
Article 4 – The agreement
The agreement is concluded at the moment of acceptance by the customer and confirmation by the webshop.
The webshop confirms receipt of the order by email.
Article 5 – Right of withdrawal only valid for private individuals
The customer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
During this period, the customer must handle the product and packaging with care.
Article 6 – Returns
Returns must be reported in advance via the returns form on the webshop.
Products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Article 7 – Warranty
Qbrick Systems products carry a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against material and manufacturing defects.
Damage due to misuse, wear or modification is not covered by the warranty.
Article 8 – Delivery
Delivery will take place at the address specified by the customer.
The webshop aims to deliver within 2-5 working days, unless stated otherwise.
Article 9 - Payment
Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the webshop.
The order will only be shipped after full payment has been received.
Article 10 – Liability
The webshop is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the products.
Liability is limited to the amount of the purchase.
Article 11 – Complaints procedure
Complaints must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product via the contact form.
The webshop aims to provide a solution within 5 working days.
Article 12 – Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
Disputes are preferably resolved through consultation. If necessary, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court.
